Today the 501(c)3 Merlyn Climate Grants awards some seven to ten fellowships of $500 to $3000 annually to leading climate activists 13 to 30 in New York and New England. Volunteers on its Board of Directors live in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. Funding for the grants comes primarily from generous board members and friends of the 501(c)3. Contributions to Merlyn Climate Grants are tax-deductible.
